Giveaway Terms And Conditions
Introduction: The Seven Eight Sweepstake (hereinafter referred to as 'Promotion') is organized and executed by Business Choreography, located at [email protected], Business Choreography, [email protected] (hereinafter referred to as 'Company').
Promotion Period: The Promotion ends June 15th 2025.
Eligibility: Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and older who sign up for the Promotion and agree to receive newsletters and emails related to the Promotion. Employees of the Company or anyone indirectly involved are excluded from participation.
Participation: Participants have a chance to win one of the following: The Comeback Grand Prize: The Business Choreography System (Valued at $29,987)or The Get Back Up Grand Prize: An Amazon Gift card (Value $1000.00 USD). Participants can increase their chances of winning by sharing the Promotion using the share buttons or when someone they referred signs up via their unique invite link.
Winner Selection: The Winner will be selected in an impartial and random manner by a computer system and will be notified by e-mail no later than four weeks after the campaign has ended. There will be no other correspondence about the result.
Winner Conduct: The winner agrees to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
Acceptance of Terms: Participation implies agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, as well as all decisions the Company takes to ensure the Promotion runs smoothly.

Costs and Purchases: For participation, no additional communication costs will be charged and payment or purchase is required.
Taxes: If required by law, the Company will pay any gambling taxes. Prizes and rewards in this Promotion are tax-free for winners.
Exclusion from Promotion: The Company is allowed, without giving any reason and at its own discretion, to exclude participants from the Promotion if the Terms and Conditions are violated or due to any other legally applicable provision.

Fraud or Abuse: In the event of knowledge or suspicion of violations, fraud or abuse, the Company has the right to suspend participation and/or to declare participation invalid, without obligation of giving any reason.
Data Accuracy: Participants guarantee that the personal data provided during the participation procedure is correct, truthful, up-to-date and complete. The Company can provide this information to third parties if necessary for the provision or delivery of prizes or rewards.
Conduct of Prize Recipients: The recipients of prizes and rewards agree to behave in accordance with any applicable rules of conduct of the Company and/or other third parties concerned at any locations of the Company and/or third parties.
Severability: If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is void or voided, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
